Psilosinner, I agree 1000% that somebody should have explained wazzzzzzzzup, the moment fecal matter hit the fan. That would have been the right & polite thing to do. It is sad that didnt happen until Thor let the word out  . SixTango

I just want to make it clear that I notified everyone and took the appropriate action when I confirmed this. There was no delay, and I hope everyone understands that the Shroomery has taken every action we can to investigate further and do what we can to help those who lost out because of this.

You know what; i wasn't even going to reply to this post but i am so sick of people making excuses for DeMitri. If it were me, even in Jail, My wife would sure as shit be posting letting everyone know what was going on!! She would be picking and posting the winners (if possible)And ganja would sure as shit have his cash because it's his PERIOD!! That shit just ain't right. That's BULLSHIT!! At the Very least ganja would have his money and something would be posted letting everyone know what's going on!! I don't care if he ever comes back. I'll never buy from him again. It would have been so easy for him to take care of this,even from jail. And everyone(including myself) would have accepted that and waited for his return to make things right. But he decided to do us dirty. You better believe it!!SO don't make excuses!!

Well I spoke on the phone today with dimitri's partner Mike, and he said that he's being screwed as well financially.
Listen, from what I gather dimitri is in a whole heap of trouble with going to jail for a while... I think his last concern is his customers, and his first concern is his own ass.
This is really looking worse every day, unless Mike his webmaster is lying, which he has absolutely no reason to... then dimitri will probably be in jail for some serious amount of time and all his customers who have outstanding orders are screwed.
The whole mess really stinks.

I will be in St. Louis around the begining of next month. If anyone can pm me with the jail he is in I would be willing to pay him a visit and ask him this. There are a lot of unanswered questions, and I think a this would help ease all of our minds.

I think its sad that you guys have all given up on Dimitri already. If you consider the situation, a person facing lengthy jail time would understandably have bigger concerns than refunding orders/funds sent to them - im sure those of you who have the patience will have the situation resolved in time.

The real reason some vendors don't offer customer support is because they don't have the knowledge needed, not because they are 'safe'.
