Any supermaket like albertsons, safeway; also in walmart and places like it.

H2O2 is a powerful oxidizing agent. I have treated what I thought was cobwebb mold by doing the spray method. Some fruits made it. Affected areas on the fruits turned blue after spraying. When I died the fruits they smelt terrible, like old mold. They tasted even worse. I had to grind the shrooms and mix them with gin and lemon juice to get them down. The trip did not seem to be compromised by the cobwedd mold or the h2o2 spray.

Good luck, cobweb is often followed by green.

My roommate had cobweb show up on some of his casings.. we cought it within two hours or so, hit it up with a strong dose of h202.

that was about 48 hours ago, and they have showed no signs of anything else since then (except strong growing myc)

i guess were lucky

so does cobwebb mold weaken the mycelium enough for green mold to colonize? Or does the cobwebb mold turn green later in its life cycle?

Cobweb is a natural parasytic mold on mushrooms. It does open the mycelium up to other infections. Also, the shrooms will absorb some of what the mold is made of. If you get black mold, you could have mushrooms laced with poison, since the typical black mold is toxic.

Cobewb will stand off of the casing layer and it's a pale gray color, it looks like a cobweb, the mycelium will be a brighter white and will lay more flat, if it does rise above the casing layer it will have a dense ropey (rhizomorphic) appearance where as cobweb is light wispy look

If the cobweb is pretty bad, you may want to try straight peroxide. I have done this many times. However, if you already see hyphal knots (precursor to pins), I would use a 1/10 solution.
