Dactylium (cobweb mold) is killed at temps of 115-122 F for about 1/2 hour so it stands to reason that if you people are pasturizing your jars and still getting contamination from this mold that what Ryche was saying makes alot of sense. Dactillium is far more common on the cassing soil than on cakes and if the spore supplier had a casing that was contaminated with it then their syringes will carry the spores to your jars. Also I've seen alot of people talk about h2o2 as a measure of controll for this contaminant but if the casing soil is parastisized agood method is to lay an alkaline substance such as salt r baking soda works very well just lay it oer the visible layer and overlay it slightly to the sides and it should kill it as it prefers a high acid growing environment. I hope this could be some help.
