Okay, will do. Those swans are from this little town in Switzerland called Lucerne. It's a beautiful town that looks like a German child's storybook...all fairy tale rooftops and mountains and everyone scurries around making watches all day. The swans live in the river that runs through the town.

Yeah...during the winter I went on a trip with my girlfriend...we flew into Paris, spent 2 days there, went up to Amsterdam, spent 3 days there and stocked up on LOTS of goodies which hitched a ride with us back to Paris, into Switzerland, and then back to Paris again.  It was dizzying and fuuuuun   I love Amsterdam to a ridiculous extent.

You definitely need to see some sweeping European countryside...one of the best things in the world is just riding the train across Europe, listening to your favorite jams in your headphones...I love the train/music/visual combination.

Will do. Maybe when my kids are teenagers we will all do the Eurotour. Or maybe my husband could get transferred there. I would love to live in any number of European countries.... Is that your GF? Nice pic.

Hell no. I couldn't be married to someone in the military.

Cool swans!

Kosmic_Charlie took KindKesey and I on a boat ride last weekend and we seen a pair of them.  It turns out they weren't native to the area so the DNR took their eggs from them and wouldn't allow them to reproduce  :mad2:

Sounds like a good plan for a dying species
