You are a funny guy. Perrhaps I should have phrased that as getting a guilty verdict. Sure there are places where they will try to prosecute just to see if they can do it. I'll never forget spending 18 months saying not guilty with a million and a half dollar bond down in Broward county (notorious for over prosecution). In that time three judges and two prosecutors left the attorney general's offices and eventually someone actually looked at our evidence disclosure and decided they'd spent way too much money trying to prosecute something they would likely lose.

You know a great way to do very clean work is to wait for the air in the room and box to settle and then do steady careful work.  Costs about $7.99 to set up and takes zero watts.
