Shame me, please.
This disaster is the GWA plate that I fucked up because I poured it too stoned.
Same plate was transferred from in that same state. Stabbed it with an already cooled knife that didn't make the hissing noise I expected to hear. Then totally fucked up on the cut. But I mean totally fucked up.
This is honestly the ugliest plate I've produced thus far - by far.



The rest of the plates: nothing. One bacterial colony on one of the galindoi plates. Pretty cool: discovered it while playing with the scope. I followed the streaking pattern looking for hyphae and found this little splatter of pus. It took a day before my monkey eye could see it by itself. Galindoi on brf: also still nothing.

I've got germination on all three AA+ plates. Gonna wait a few more days to do transfers.

No growth on the PE plates. I made some brf pucks tonight, so I'll try my luck with these soon.

I'm enjoying seeing everyone's progress!

Still no germination on my outdoor WGT plates, need to redo those after work today. Glad I have a number of prints of these, plenty to work with.

Did my transfers today. Pan Bispo plates making a strong showing. One Pan TTBVI plate from the second attempt on 1/11 now showing subtle signs of life.

Can someone shoot me the link to how you all get good crisp wedge transfers. I think I lost it. My agar is like jello and I’m having a time of it over here. What I’m doing works, but it ain’t that pretty.
