Update:
This is how most of my boxes look like:



Lots of side grow, almost none in the center.
( i think it had something to do with leaving them un-watched for more than a week as i was away and they kinda dried out on the top ...)

I am really happy that i managed to get to this point, using spores that i harvested myself :smile:

In the next 2/3 days i'll be harvesting each box and take more spore prints.

( i'm starting to have lots and lots of sporeprints already, lol )

Also, following advices on the forum, i ended up buying a cheap food dehydrator and it works wonders.
The shrooms are cracker dry in about 12 hours or so.

The journey continues.
