On another note,i had another batch that got contaminated now a second time in the same container with liner in it.
So the other container had the liner in the container while on this one in the pictures has the liner outside on the box itself. That's the only difference.
The mycelium did not grow into the coco coir for some reason and eventually a different mold grew that releases a weird fermenting scent.
Any idea what might cause such a thing to occur? The spawn was really great(had 4 jars total,used 2-2 for each batch) with abundant growth but afterward it just stalled in the bulk substrate.

Ahh,no worries. Inoculated popcorn jars in SAB with LC;strain was Hawaii. Waited around 3 weeks for full colonization(did a shake and break in the meantime),every jar had very nice,clean growth,there was no discoloration.
Pasteurized coco coir first then sterilized(2 hour in a pot) it in 4 jars, to make a 1:2 ratio of spawn to bulk substrate ratio. So in this case i used 2 jars(~1liter) of popcorn to 4 jars(~2liters) of coir. Microwaved the coir in the jars afterward the sterilization just to make sure. Waited until everything cooled down.
Mixed them in the SAB. The result was one container getting contaminated while the other is in the pictures doing something at least even if contaminated.
Only difference between the containers was the placement of the liner. The contaminated tub had it inside the good one outside.

Hi! On Monday, I PCed a bunch of no pour agar, but then I tested positive for COVID and have been in self-isolation since. They've been sitting in the unopened pressure cooker, do you think they'll be okay to use as-is once I'm better? Should I redo the PC?
