Damn that's a serious wisdom bomb right there, my friend. Right on.

I’m gonna do a transfer anyway but wanna know you guys thoughts on this. Looks perfect right? Does it really have to be a perfect circle? I don’t under why you can’t or not advisable to transfer to grain if it’s not perfect.

If jars aren't contaminated, does a lot of condensation mean something? Too hot or cold? Too much water in the recipe? Or not enough?

The struggle continues. Wait and see if you like but soon I would assume Vesuvius will see red and open his big mouth again there on a micro cosmic level. Spewing green lava all over the towns people. Maybe they shouldn't have been such lazy sluts and Vesuvius wouldn't have decided to punish them in such a way but in fact they were lazy sluts, laying around drunk on the floor, rubbing on anything that moves...

Observe a while but I am not hopeful for it and I honestly feel distaste to bear such an opinion, but it is such my opinion regardless of how it tastes to pass on. I feel for you I truly do.

Tbh it doesn't look clean to me. Fluffy myc jumping over rhizo and area of inhibited grow always make me suspicious and have bad experience with such.
Like for example this holy ghost plate turned out to be nasty shit on grains. Nasty but fruited...

What is the preferred way to harvest mushrooms? To cut them or twist and bend and pull? Anyone who have done both a lot with some input?

IME This really comes down to the culture your working with. Something like FP+ will pop right off the substrate leaving little to no damage but some White Water will root deep and tear my sub apart. I change my harvest method from twist and pull, snipping and cutting to just ripping it off and letting it destroy the sub depending on the ease of harvest.

How much can the thickness of your agar affect things? If it really does at all? I definitely don't pour the same amount in each one, though I try. Lol not filling them even near the brim but some get like half ish full

What do you do with a torn up substrate? I ravaged my first tub while harvesting and after a week now it contracted molditis
Would adding a thin casing layer after the first flush help prevent contam?

Mold is always endgame. Covering it over won't help.

True I already tossed that tub - I mean adding a casing layer immediately after harvesting a flush. I noticed that the mold concentrated around grains that were exposed or small leftover fruits

Casing won't stop or prevent mold. If anything it will give it the advantage. Cubes fruit just fine off chopped fuckey surfaces if they are healthy and hydrated.
