Also yea you wanna cool into the receiving agar and use immediately. Sometimes I use the top stacked plate that has condensation and use that as my cooling plate.

The first picture looks like it could use a transfer but the others look good to me.

I wouldn’t say I’m an expert by any means but I’ve gotten 2 bags to fruit, so I’m not totally unfamiliar.

I like that idea of wrapping stacks, I'll try that when i buy seran wrap after para is all gone

parafilm is incredible, but i dislike cutting individual pieces/separating. i actually can't wait till i run out...lol
