I grew up around boats. I think the idea of trying to power a boat with solar panels is ludicrous, although I will admit I'm no physicist
You know what boat stands for though? Break. Out. Another. Thousand. I doubt electricity would change that, hell; I'd bet it would cost even more to upkeep an electric boat.

Here's some advise. Just go rent a boat when you want to boat. Sure it looks fun now but wait until parts start breaking down, you will pay lots and lots of money to fix boats. Entropy is a bitch....

This is actually really good advice. Errybody wants a truck for instance. A lot of those people "use" said truck once a year. Just rent truck, save bank
