Tulsi just said 50 million isn't enough and she should have sued for 50 billion (probably in case it gets lowered in appeals)

In other news Elizabeth Warren appears to see the writing on the wall. It's too early to be certain of anything, but I'm thinking it's going to get down to Bernie and Biden fairly quickly, probably after the Super Tuesday results.

$50 Billion?

Huh?

:crazy2:

Well, that's kind of goofy... but I guess I'd have to see the context. Anywayyys... I could see Warren being a likely VP for Biden, and Tulsi being a likely VP for Bernie, but I really don't know who Bernie would pick. Would love to see him pick Tulsi.

Not the biggest Rogan fan, but my business partner has been playing his podcasts a lot recently so I've heard a lot of his stuff.  IDK how his fanbase skews, politically speaking, but I assume it's more right than not...dunno.

Everything else aside, I'd rather see him endorse Bernie than not (or endorse someone else) so I'm considering this a good thing.

I’ll take whatever endorsements we can from people with a platform that big. The liberals crying all day on twitter about it can die mad.

No liberals were. Mostly pundits and supporters of the other candidates. Which is especially funny because Rogan even said that Biden Warren and Buttigieg also tried to get on the show and he turned them down.

Just sour grapes from the usual crowd.

His fan base is mostly male would be my guess, but those males are likely from many different races and demographics. At the end of the day, he has the best guests of anyone in the interview industry.

I would say his fan base is right down the middle politically. Conservatives are not big fans of constant discussions about causal drug usage. Joe likes talking drugs.

I think a significant portion of Joe's fan base is apolitical. Libertarian conservatives are pro drug legalization. I would say that Joe's fanbase is probably more conservative than liberal. A lot of his guests made a name for themselves for being anti-PC, and Joe himself is anti-PC.

Joe does have a lot of scientists, and intellectuals on, though, so maybe he has an equal draw from lefties. I don't know.

Wow! Joe's getting a little too big lmao! Biden and Warren tried to get on his show? lmao! They want some of that Bernie - Tulsi action!

I'm quite stunned that Joe didn't let them on. It would be really good for his brand. A real man of principle, that Joe Rogan. Honestly though, I think Joe just doesn't wanna have to sit and talk to people who are full of shit, and going to talk out of the side of their mouth the whole conversation. It's hard having a conversation with someone who isn't a real person.

His audience is mostly young white men, and I’d say their politics skew slightly right of center. But while Joe does have morons like Shapiro and Peterson on, he also has people like Abby Martin to talk about imperialism and Cornel West to talk about race.

If we can pull some of these disaffected white guys back from the alt right (not that they’re all alt right obviously) and towards the left, that’s a good thing.

Plus it’s not like Bernie compromises his values to appeal to Rogan. He went on the show, spoke his truth, and convinced Joe to vote for him. That’s how it’s done.

The progressive side of American politics is having a 'tea party' moment, where a small minority is demanding strict adoption to a core set of not just ideologies, but public images, to the point of excluding and decrying anyone that doesn't fall into a neat little category of completely in line one way or another. It's not the majority either, but the loudest voices are twitter personas and media outlets that will shovel those impulsive opinions voiced on public forums into the mainstream for clicks.

It's ironic because the kind of outrage being expressed is exactly what Joe Rogan gets shit on for talking about most of the time. The main reason he is seen as alt-right by the far left is because he invites conservatives and centrists on his show, where they don't really speak about core ideology for conservative policy, but generally talk about the very kinds of things happening here.

The very same group of sentences where he said he might vote for Sanders, he also said this:

Quote:
“Look, you could dig up dirt on every single human being that’s ever existed if you catch them in their worst moment and you magnify those moments and you cut out everything else and you only display those worst moments.

He was talking about Sanders. Ironic given the circumstance.

I think a lot of this stuff is just media hype and twitter hive bullshit though. Sanders would be silly to publicly deny the support from Rogan merely to pander to people who don't want Sanders to win in the first place.

The SJW, 3rd wave feminist types are a very poorly received, unintelligent subculture within the progressive movement. They are utterly consumed with identity politics, and they have developed a kind of racism/prejudice that is meant to be the answer to racism/prejudice.

They are a pesky wart on the ass of American progress. They are the go-to, when conservatives talk about progressivism, because they are such an easy intellectual target.

Any time there is a negative spin that can be applied to Sanders, that is the narrative we will get from the media. Often times they just make shit up also. The fact that he is winning, in spite of all of that, is really a testament to how unaffected the American public is by "Journalists" opinions.

Why would Sanders want to deny support from Rogan? He went on Rogan's show... It was probably one of the best things he did for his campaign.

Bernie or Bust, still a strong case for Bernie's electability over Biden.

It's funny, because Bernie's perceived weak spot among voters is electability. Biden polls higher than Bernie when asked if people think these candidates are electable, but Bernie polls higher when asked if the candidate shares their values.
