Phenotype is an expression of genetics, and just like performance based isolation for speed, fruit size, clustering, conditional ease, yield etc, phenotype can be isolated for...  It may very well "just happen" in AA, and maybe in some RW, but like the luecism in these varieties, it's a result of genetic isolation, not happenstance... I'm actually working on stabilizing a pronounced nipple phenotype in RW back to print... its KIND OF my thang lol

Hypoallergenic mushrooms... this is the second sporeless tub this culture has given, first was about 90%, after one intentional isolation through cloning, this second tub is 100% sporeless: stumbled upon it, but cleaned it up too call it what you will...

No I used an unmodded tub with latches on the sides. I keep snakes and to keep them from getting out I drill a tiny hole through the lip of the tub with the lid on. I do this at a slight downward angle and I use finish nails to pin the lid down. So for my mono I did the same thing but I drilled the hole so that when I insert the nail without the lid on I can place the lid on top of the nail and it holds the gap open. I can adjust how big of a gap there is by where I drill the nail hole. This tub has a gap of 1/8-3/16 of an inch (3.5mm) on the long sides with the latches latched. This let's me be able to stack them and keep control of the gap. Keep in mind I have no idea what I'm doing, I'm learning.

The higher you drill the hole up the lip the bigger the gap will be. The tub lip kinda rolls over itself so I'm actually drilling through 3 layers, the lid and then two layers of tub. This holds the nail in place with or without the nail going through the lid.

I know that with trays I'm supposed to put foil with the ge holes but idk how I'm supposed to do that with a mono. That's why I wanted to drill the nail hole with the lid pressed down so hopefully the tub doesn't dry out during colonization. I didn't do that to this tub till after it started pinning and prob why my sub dried out early. 1.5-2 inch sub. Hpoo/coir (I need to go buy straw). I just got lucky and I have good advice from you all.

This is my second flush technically.

^this was my pitiful 'first flush'. It was dry af so I picked those and rehydrated and then that better flush came in.

You'll notice the point is much more more rounded, and will hardly be noticeable upon maturity... the genetics are here but not been ushered to emphasis... Its what I do for fun
