If it doesn't take into account the Electoral College, I don't want to see the poll.

Well Bernie won all the Midwest states in the primary that Clinton lost in the general, and does better with independents than anyone else in the democratic field.

Can’t predict how the election goes but it’s clear he stands the best chance to beat trump in the electoral math.

Can't argue with that. In fact, the electoral college may fuck your guy, Qman.

SAN FRANCISCO, January 13, 2020—Less than two months before California’s presidential primary, a new PPIC statewide survey shows that the Democratic primary remains a three-way race between Bernie Sanders, Joe Biden, and Elizabeth Warren. Sanders is the choice of 27 percent of Democratic primary likely voters, while 24 percent favor Biden and 23 percent favor Warren. They are followed by Pete Buttigieg (6%), Amy Klobuchar (4%), and Andrew Yang (3%), while 7 percent don’t know.

Wow, Sanders is really pulling ahead! California is going to be Yuuuuge in this election, if it's one of the early states now.

I have to wonder if Warren's bullshit identity politics smear shot is going to have any impact on Sanders, or just drive her numbers further down. I just think that kind of rhetoric makes people distrust/dislike a candidate. Misogynist or not, American voters have demonstrated a high tolerance for presidential candidates saying things that aren't PC, I do know that.

Anyone who watched the debate last night knows that they’re terrified Bernie is gonna win.

And Warren is just squirming for a Biden VP spot at this point.

I hope to Santa Jesus God you’re wrong. If Warren throws her weight behind Biden this early on, my boy Bern doesn’t stand a chance.

Warren tried to weasel in on the Bernie train, and suck whatever steam she could from it, then she tried to derail it, and now she will likely attempt to set fire to it. What a piece of shit.

Through it all, Bernie always maintains class. I love this man. There's just no substitution, no close replica, and no opposition.

Okay, I like CNN but some of the questions were kinda gifts to Warren.

“Senator Sanders, did you really say to Senator Warren that a woman can’t beat Trump?”
“I never said that”
“Okay...now, Senator Warren, how did you feel when Sen. Sanders said that to you?”

Bernie kept his cool better than I did in that moment

I'm still trying to figure out why a poll that shows Trump winning means he will win, but many more polls showing Sanders will win means they aren't accurate.

Trump did have a big surprise win last time, but he had tiny margins in key states, and I don't see him repeating that. He burned a lot of people in those states with his economic populism that didn't produce the results for the white working class he was catering to.

IMO the key to Sanders winning the nomination is people thinking he will beat Trump, because then half of Biden's support disappears.

I wonder if they realize what silly school children they look like for even talking about this stupid fucking issue at all. What do Bernie voters care about? Policy.

I wouldn't care if Bernie said he didn't think a woman could win, right at the debate. That's hit personal opinion. If he said he couldn't support a woman for president, that might be different.

I don’t like Bernie because I don’t want to see my awesome healthcare plan I’ve worked my ass for replaced with a promise from the govt that it may provide something better . Seems like a stupid thing for me to want .

Lol yeah I don’t think most women would even find it offensive.

And the follow up was Warren saying “I’m the only one who won against a Republican incumbent in the past 30 years”. Bernie tells her he beat a Rep. for his seat in 1990. She laughed, saying “that was 30 years ago”....but 30 years ago IS within the last 30 years.

I was facepalming like a madman :rofl2:

There’s no way your plan is better than Medicaid though.

For instance, Aside from traditional healthcare, Medicaid covers 2 pairs of shoes per year, emotional support robot-pets, some veterinary services, heating in the winter months, transportation to/from medical facilities, etc.

I push pencils at a major Medicaid Plan office...ironically, the insurance they provide for employees is horse shit.
