My main thing against monos (especially as a newer grower) is that you put all your eggs in one basket. Have 4 jars and one is contaminated? Put all 4 in one mono tub and you only grow contamination. Put 4 jars in 4 different shoeboxes and you still get 3 good grows of mushrooms and one bad one.

Good call. Increases the odds of success. I like the size of those tubs too. They're substantial but not overkill. Can just multiply up as required.
