WTF! Is this thing going to explode?

I am one year in to this neat hobby.

I do my best to learn from research and trial & error.

My success has been moderate but I am a little perplexed at the moment.

What in the hell is happening with this mushroom? I have many more like this one.

It seems that I spend significantly more time reading than I do looking at the pics.

Just curious.

pinning early is a sign of bacteria/contam.

9 days isnt a bad thing there are cultures that you can harvest in under 9 it not always a sign of bacteria .. but it can be
