Re: HEPA blower matching question [Re: Apc123]
    #25981613 -

Whelp. The results are in! All is working well, however it does seem the blower is a bit over sized for my filter (which I already knew). The lighter nearly blows out, but is still lit (barely). I'm thinking I might clamp a small piece of plywood over the intake to slow it down a little. Thoughts? I know a flowhood is supposed to just bend the lighter over, would there be any issues if I were to use it as is, other than blowing my petris away?

In other news... my little lab room is starting to come together!

I taped a piece of ply over the intake and it slowed down the flow a bit. I'm feeling good about where it is now.

Excellent work, looks perfect on the lighter. I just lay a piece of cardboard on top of the prefilter for final tweak of airflow because you can move it around to block off more or less easily. You're cooking with fire now baby!
