I am leaving for 3 weeks and i have 15 fully colonized jars. What to do? Cannot use the fridge

As title say , i will leave at the start of may for 3 weeks. Right now i have 15 colonized jars ready to put in a substrate but if i do so, i will not have time to crop and take care.
I cannot use the fridge because i will turn it off .
I was thinking to solution but i am not expert. The only idea i have is to dry it somehow .... i do not know if is working but if i am not wrong starter kits sold on line are dry sub with mycelium that once are hydrated are coming back to life. Am i wrong?
Any good ideas?

Maybe you could ask a friend to complete the project for you or store it in a friends refrigerator so you can return to it when you get back?

That is not how those work, don't do that.

Honestly, you're not giving yourself a whole lot of options. I would say just put them somewhere that won't get too hot and just spawn them when you get back. Most should be fine unless they're contaminated, then they'll start to pin in the jar. Alternatively spawn them all now and hope for the best when you get home. If you know how to make shoeboxes they're relatively set-and-forget once you spawn them (if you do it right).

You are absolutely right about the grow kits, and not only are they that but they all grow clones
Anyway, If they are fully colonized starting today
consolidation period would already cut out one week before they're fully ready
And sometimes people will let them consolidate for two to make the mycelium super strong
I wouldn't fuck with drying them out, because you might as well keep them in the jar and they could suck up all the moisture on their own and dry out inside the jar where they're safe anyway.
If I were you I'd just leave them in the jar until I get back
The fridge would be unnecessary I'd just put them in a cool location if you can
But I think they be fine to leave
They're going to consolidate longer, and probably dry out on their own or you'll come back to them growing invitro
Than you could harvest that, and take them out for a second flush
But I wouldn't worry about it too much
They technically should be coming out if you did already consolidate but they aren't going to die or do anything crazy if they aren't
They'll most likely dry thmselved out so I wouldn't bother exposing them to the elemants just to do something to them they'd already do safe

Man I hate it when someone says the same thing I do whilst typing it lol
But from my knowledge that is how grow kits work. It only makes sense
Maybe some others are different but I don't think so

Time machine go back and plan better plus buy a fridge. Or let them sit in the jars the extra time and hope for the best

I'd say spawn to bulk and hope they aren't fucked when you get back.

Why do you need to turn the fridge off? They're built to be on 24/7/365 ?

Why do you need to turn the fridge off? They're built to be on 24/7/365 ?


I am off grid 100% and if you are leavig your house the last thing you want to do is leave a fridge connected because if something happen i will destroy the all battery bank that costs lots of money .

Yeah yer right logic I assumed it was brf cakes out the gate too not that I got anything against em just cause it's a "noob" thing..
I see it as the hippie way no matter how much them guys were experienced that was the original way that worked n they stuck with it that didn't make them noobs at all

I came back....
I gave some jars to a friend and he had in the fridge .... they are in perfect condition.
I left few of them in my house and they are good but 2 are contaminated. But i dis not loose much !!!
