Fully Conolonized Jars left idle for 1-3 weeks

Ok here is the problem my friend is faced with. He had originally inoculated 5 1/2 pint jars (using whatever spores were left from the previous disaster of using BRF with preservatives). Anyways they took a while to fully colonize. The thing is they did colonize and i didn't have time to tend to them at all, so they have proboly been sitting in the jars, fully colonized with mycellium for anywhere from 1-3 weeks.

My Question: Now that i have the time can i still case these? I know it would be small but still......btw the strain is EQ.
