Fully Colonized Jar Cranberry Juice Method?

I read something on here a while back about a method of extracting the active ingredient in fully colonized caked via cranberry juice. I was just curious if any has tried this technique, and if so, how many jars per person are generally equivalent to say an 1/8th of shrooms? In the text I read it was suggesting I think 1/2 jar, whereas Ive also heard 1 1/2 Jars per person.
Just curious
Growing mycelium seems to be the easy part, and I always have some colonized jars on hand If I ever wanted to try it.

4 half pints will do ya good.

Blend & Soak in 100% cran juice 24-48 hours in ya fridge.(ratio of 2:1 ~ juice:water)

Strain and drink.

Dosage on this varies, 3 half pints may also work, possibly using up to 5.

P.S. I have never done this myself but have read a bunch on it.
