colonized jar storage?

My nemisis, Austin powers is colonizing some jars to inhance his MOJO. His question refered to me from my evil spys is, can one store extra fully colonized jars in the fridge for say a month till one is ready to case them??

Yeah, just put them in ziplocks (airtight). By the way, doctor, you should know that I too, am an international man of mystery.
