Keeping Colonizing Jars Warm
    #466555 -

I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to keep colonizing jars warm. I have a heating pad but dont know how to keep the jars a constant temp. If anyone has any suggestions that would be cool.

Peace

Go to a pet store and in the reptile section they have heaters that look like rocks. I bought a small one and use it in conjuction with my heating pad. They sell heating pads there too, but they can melt your terrarium if it is plastic.

just use a heating pad and place it on top of your terrium. I use one and it keeps the heat between 80F-84F

I use a heating pad with a 1/2 folded towel under it. It goes from 84 - 86.9. for fruiting same setup i just fold the towel one more time, and with a little more space from perlite in the bottom, it goes from 72 - 78. Oh for whatever reason i moisten the towel with water, dont know why, i just like that
