keeping jars warm
    #462465 -

i have read that you should keep your jars somewhat warm because the mycilium grows faster...well a couple of the jars are getting really gross towards the bottom of the jar and it
looks like alot of moisture is building up there. However..
the top is looking good and mycilium is running rampid
will the two meet and stop? what should i do next?

yes, usually the nasty looking (gooy wet) part of the substrate will not colonize, but the rest will. I'm assuming this is some kind of grain/seed. You can scoop out the colonized parts and use that after you're sure it won't colonize anymore. Just be careful to not get any of that nasty shit in your casing cause it could contain bacterial contams.
