Are they grain jars? I've let mine sit fully colonized for 3+ weeks before and they still came out fine. :shrug: I have 6 jars in my closet now that have been fully colonized for a couple weeks :facepalm3: Life happens... Its not ideal but as long as your spawn is clean you should still get fruits.
