The fuzzy feet is aerial mycelium, which means there needs to be a little bit more FAE. Just adjust the lid i put mine at an angle for inceased gap size to allow a bit more in. Its not a huge deal, just play around with getting the right amount of FAE and find what works best for you. Its always different because the RH is different for me i live in a pretty dry climate so i need less FAE. Just make sure you dont dry out your substrate.

Anyone tell me if they see too much moisture on the surfaces of these? Can I dab them with the edge of a paper towel or toilet paper if so?  Thanks!

Those look great but are they safe to eat with all the bacteria/contamination issues you had to fight and looks like some still there?

Once dehydrated they'll be fine, also unless the fruits are visibly rotting or bacterial/mushy they probably fine fresh too
