To me it looks like they are trying to fruit inside of the jar. I had similar things happening before when I left my jars to long before transferring them. Also, did you expose them to a change in environment a little before you seen this? A bright room, or a cold room for example?

I don't know, i think the last photo looks like it might have contamination, but the first 2 look like its trying to fruit in the jar to me

FWIW, they were kept in a cupboard, temp variation were low, little light exposure.  Total time in the jar was 2.5 months ish.

It looks like melted ice cream and not clouds or cotton candy... fairly indicative of bacterial infection the darker spots are metabolites pooling...

Jars should colonize fully in 1-3 weeks... longer than that and you're likely dealing with bad genes, bad prep, contamination, or some combination of the 3

12/12 lighting has been shown beneficial to mycelium through all stages of growth from spore to spent...
