That's right! All cannabis plants today are hybrids. There is no true sativa, or true indica plant. It's all hybrids with, say 80% indica and 20% sativa, or other ratios.

That doesn't mean that those two plants don't differ in it's effects. They have differing alkaloid profiles, leading to different effects. Now mixing those plants (hybrid) gives a completly new alkaloid profile, with other effetcs. Subtile, but different.

I smoke weed because of anxiety and I like it. Indica and Indy hybrids will throw me into a panic attack especially if my anxiety is up already.

My body knows. I start to shake and it’s unpleasant. I can only smoke sativa and it is more euphoric for me as well. I won’t feel drugged like some Indy can
