yeah thanks for your guy's help, after the trip I completely forgot the memory of me posting this post on the forum until tonight lmao. The trip was fucking crazy. I had a ton of fun but I don't think I can say the same about the rest of my friends. On the come up I was feeling some anxiety thinking like what the fuck did I just do lol this is crazy, but about 35 minutes into the trip I all the sudden had this overwhelming sense of calm and relaxation with a voice in my head telling me that I'd have an awesome trip regardless of what happens, and I ended up having an amazing time. However, the rest of my friends were going borderline insane lol. One of my friends ended up in hiding in the shower from us crying to himself and he kept saying he didn't know why he was crying over and over again. My other friend began talking to himself about an hour into the trip, and then remained balled up under a table having conversations with himself that made no sense at all. Me and another friend kept trying to tell him to come out from the table and lay on the bed, but it ended up with him chanting "THIS IS IT!! THIS IS IT!!!" and then would go on to shout what appeared to be war cry's. My other friend starting telling him to be quiet because he was making so much noise and we didn't want anyone else in the house to wake up, so he ended up telling himself to shut up for about an hour, and he remained telling himself "be quiet! shut up! you gotta be quiet!! *war cry* shut up!! *war cry* THIS IS IT!!!". I somehow managed to remain in a perfectly good trip the entire time, and somehow I just kept experiencing amazing vibes despite everyone else completely going insane. Halfway through the trip my friend starting freaking out because he forgot who's JUUL was whose, and proceeded to hit all the JUUL's at once, and then throw them across the room, to then go pick them up and do this same thing again, over and over again having thought loops, almost as if he thought it was the end of the world because he couldn't find out whose JUUL was whose. I remember at one point walking to the other side of the basement, and seeing my friend shaking, and crying to himself, saying help man help, and when I would ask him what the problem was he just started shaking his head and saying "I don't know! Just help!!". I ended up getting him to sit on the couch and relax and watch TV, but my other friend remained having conversations with himself the entire night with a jacket over his head. I still remain wondering why I somehow was able to remain in a great trip the whole time. I was literally seeing words on the wall that said "happy" "positive" and such things as that. The entire time I could hear a person in my head guiding me where to walk, and to talk to my friends. I also remember at one point walking around in the basement, and seeing four squares in my head, with the voice telling me "see that? that's life right there. don't forget that. don't ever forget that vision.". I'm still trying to understand what that meant, seeing just four squares in perfect symmetry in my head, and somehow that being the meaning of life right there. I don't know why but it seemed to have so much meaning behind it, but it was such a simple concept. I just still can't understand why I somehow managed to have a great trip, with great vibes flowing, despite the rest of my friends going insane. Overall, I don't regret the trip, and I plan on doing it again, this time with probably more preparation, and when my other friends have more experience.

Sounds like one for the books.

Basically what I would expect.

Do them alone next time and your friend will learn why he was crying.

Very healing.

Doses like that imo are best alone or with the appropriate people and setting for learning and healing. Mushrooms aren't always a good time. People don't realize they can be internal WORK.

You haven't tripped until you've balled your eyes out on mushrooms.

The four thing came to me recently too. In my trip it just made sense to say that there are only like 4 things and from the combination of those we have the complexity of life. I seriously wonder if those 4 things are the elements, which would quite literally define themselves as building blocks of complexity.

It is my current way to find familiarity with these elements and to learn to recognize which ones are there when looking at something complex and "life"ly.

Four is the master builder number. In order to build a solid foundation we need four corners, or four building blocks. Four is a number of solidity.

I’m excited for you Lanc3, learning about the elements! They make up everything in our world and the cosmos. There would be no life if we didn’t have the five elements. All of creation revolves around the five elements.

Even in mycology you need the five elements. Heat (Fire) to sterilize stuff, moisture (water) to hydrate things, fae (air) to give oxygen and gas exchange to the funguys, stability (earth) to give a solid foundation for the mushrooms to grow, and last but not least (cosmic) energy when you consume the fruits.

It all comes together. The same could be said for life in general. We need all the elements in order to live a full balanced life. We may not always be aware of the elements, but they are essential in all aspects of life.
