Pre sterilized rye berry and bulk substrate for first time grower?

So I want to get into growing my own mushrooms, and have been doing some research for the past couple weeks on it. Right now, I'm looking at using rye berry spawn and then moving to a manure or coir bulk substrate. Now, I have come across pre sterilized bags of rye berries online that I was planning to use, as I don't have a pressure cooker, but there is also pre pasteurized bulk substrate. This is the spawn and this is the bulk substrate. Is it worth getting these? I do not want to have the prep be very labor intensive, and I mainly want to try it just to see if I enjoy the hobby. If I do continue, I would obviously move to making my own bulk substrate and sterilizing my own spawn and such. Thanks for any help.

Just buy a pressure cooker. It'll save you a lot of headache

Use the PF tek to start or pick up a PC and some oats, the prep for oats is insanely easy, pre sterilized bags are notorious for contamination
