where can i buy some rye berries?

hey everyone,
well i used to be an avid mycologist but due to some legal problems, being incarerated and in other facilities my research was stunted. anyhow im back finally and was reading about the rye substrate. i was only using BRF/Verm. this time around im gonna experiment with bird seed and rye as well. any info on substrate and which strain they are good for would be much appreciated as well as where to purchase rye would be great. I've also read about adding honey to the substrate. what is this all about and how do you go about doing it without contamination. thanks and its nice to be back. happy landings

get rye berries at Dr. Bluethumbs - already pre-sterilized in bags w/ filter patch
EC are great on pretty much any substrate
search around past posts in the forums and look at FAQ section for honey advice

try a local food co-op or healthfood store. my local organic co-op has all sorts of whole grains and flours, and it's cheap.

faster turnaround and no shipping fees if you buy locally!

using the pf organic flour tek, add 1 tablespoon honey to your water content, not anymore or you'll get clumping. then pc as usual. this gives the myc a lil extra food, and (supposedly) increases fruit by 25% i.e. shroomwizard ( hence the supposedly)
