Yes their lives are safer. If you lower the crime rate, you are statistically less likely to be a victim of crimes

Notice what has happened to the crime rate during the time where all these illegals were pouring into the country.

Gun crime balkinizes and creates places like Detroit.

This is why totals matter in the case of crime.

Otherwise, any gun crime rate you report in the future should look like this: .003/year.

I know for a fact that you yourself have used totals to express points. The FBI does it. The presidents so it.

Depending on the situation, totals can be a better descriptor than fractions.
