Stand their ground!?!?!  Do you really think the Indian was threatening that kid who was mocking him?  It's pretty clear from the video that the Indian was more threatened than the white kid.

That's his fault if he feels threatened by children that showed no intention of harming him. Have you even read the full story, or just the initial accusations based on a couple minute long clip?

From the sound of it, I think I watched more than most here.

As others have already noted, the original tension was between the high schoolers and House of Islam.

The Indian saw the tension and hoped to diffuse it, so he grabbed a drum and started playing a peace song between the two groups.  But some of the kids saw the Indian as another potential foe, and began taunting him.

Yes, the Indian approached the kids, but to suggest he was threatening them by 'beating a drum in their facees' is silly.  The kids, being kids, decided to make fun of the Indians to impress one another.  Not nearly as big a deal as the media made of it, but they certainly were NOT innocent.

I would argue that there was a very serious attempt to intimidate the natives, and no adults did anything to stop it. In my mind, that's a big deal. It tells those kids that intimidation is ok, and even funny. It's not ok.

Why don't you just go back to Europe like the Indians were saying then? I didn't say he was threatening anyone, but beating a drum in someone's face isn't how you "diffuse a situation." They weren't trying to diffuse anything between the black Israelites and the white kids, if you knew anything about those guys they include Indians in their "tribe" of people that don't go to hell for simply existing and the white kids were just doing a school chant to drown out the slurs from the black guys. The smirking white kid was even trying to get his friends to quiet down when they started yelling back to the Indian. You're choosing to get mad at some kids for being kids when confronted by a grown loser trying to stir shit up and not the people that engaged them and called these kids faggots and incest babies and organ harvesters.

What argument did you present? The Indigenous demonstrators marched right up to a group of rowdy High Schoolers, the rowdy High Schoolers continued being rowdy High Schoolers, and nothing bad happened. The end.

They're children that didn't start the whole situation in the first place. Quit trying to make it seem like all parties are equally as guilty now. 2 groups of adults vs children and somehow you're focused on the kids being the bad guys here. There's already adults telling people to find and beat these kids, expose where they live etc. So if they weren't the real victims at first they sure are now.
