i'd have to see hard numbers/facts on that.  that's like saying Obama stood up to a corrupt system as President, which he plainly did not do based on his actions as President.  but when you like someone and neglect the illegal occupation, drone strikes, illegal tax for not having health insurance, etc....it's easy to make the claim they fought for justice and the common man.

I have come to the point that whatever sexual inclination a candidate has....is completely off the table. I could care less, throw a orgy for all I care. The sex card (like Trump banging Stormy, JFK's romps, foot tapping GOPs, etc) is a worthless overplayed tool that the American populace goobles up each election.

Politicians have  always been a particularly horny bunch.

i concur.  it's nothing but fodder for the religious wings of both parties.  however, if true, if it was in a public place, that does show, imo, a lack of sound judgement on his part.

the one that has now been stopped.  if one did not have health insurance, they paid a "penalty" (a tax) as a result.  i know because i had to pay almost $100 for that "penalty" in 2014 or 2015.

there is no current law prohibiting it.  that is, hopefully, in the works as the most recent TX court filing plays out.


but how would you like to be forced to purchase car insurance or face a penalty if you don't own or operate a car/motor vehicle?

Many are public.  Any bathroom open to the public is public.  Many states and cities have laws prohibiting sexual acts in a public bathroom.

Also for someone who championed correctly that sexual harassment accusations like the ones Kavanaugh went through should be presumed innocent until proven guilty. As soon as it's a Democratic senator you don't like all of the sudden he is a rapist without any kind of evidence solely based on accusation. Do you see the irony and hypocrisy in that?

That doesn't sound like sexual assault it sounds like a sexual advance that was denied and that was that. 

Attraction is full of intangibles and signals that can be misinterpreted. For better or worse bathroom sex was very prevalent in the past due to the closeted nature of being gay in an unaccepting culture. 

I'm not dismissing the claim but to me it really sounds like a mistake and when it became obvious that it wasn't happening the situation ended.

I'm all for people being held accountable for their actions but sometimes things end up at here said he said in this case so we will never know. Remaining anonymous doesn't lend a lot of credibility but I understand not wanting to air the details of an unfortunate situation. 

As a gay person I wouldn't consider that an issue unless it continued after he didn't accept the sexual advance. 

When I was managing a leather bar back in the day some pig wouldn't stop trying to grab my dick when I was pissing so I turned and pissed all over his hand and he wasn't flagging yellow  :piss:

Is there any speculation for Republican candidates or is everyone on the trump train?

If Trump is still in office next year I don't think the GOP has much of a choice but to run him. At least half of their base will adamantly support him so they risk alienating them if they do not. I can't see them voting for a democrat, but they may not vote at all and pull a Hillary. I can also see the party itself splitting, but not really by 2020.
