Pnw psilocybe identification help please

Habitat:
Found in woodchips on the Oregon coast growing under a small Holly tree.

Gills:
Light tan colored gills

Stem:
Tuff fiberous stems that bruse very blue.

Cap:
Small light brown caps that are very round with no nipple. No bigger than a quarter.

Spore print color:
It's 100% a psilocybe so I'm guessing purple but it's still in progress I will update.

Bruising:
As blue as cyanescens.

Other information:
Smells like a psilocybe


Sorry the pics are not the best. Hard to see the bluing but they are infact very blue

I have never found these before. My first guess is allenii or maybe fibs? I'd really appreciate any help

Maybe Psilocybe allenii but cool none the less

That's so cool another species off the list!
I hope I can get some bigger ones in the next few days with this rain.
They are almost completely blue now a few hours later.
