Psilocybes in B.C.

I have been fascinated in the topic for a few years now.. Forunately I live in the southern Coastal rainforest area of BC where mushrooms of every shape size and colour thrive. which definately contributed to this affection for fungi. I have positively identified some Amanita Muscaria in the past week, as I stumbled across it with a friend of mine one night and just had to collect it.
I do not intend to eat this mushroom however i do intend to preserve the spore deposits it has left me with. I have posted pictures of it in the shroom hunting forum.
Also in the past few weeks I have taken enough pictures of fungi probably to flood this website.. all within walking distance of my home.. Recently I purchased paul stamets psilocybe identification guide which I will use primarily as my guide in hunting wild psilocybes.
after further review of my photography I will be sure to post the mushrooms in question :stoned:

You can also check out mushroom john's Magic musrhooms fo the pacific Northwest. 18 magic species described, 40 black and white photos and 12 colored fotos of species San Francisco to British Colombia.

btw, the data pertaining to my shroom in Pauls book is incorrect in the naming of the species. IT is Psilocybe samuiensis Guzman and Allen, not Allen merlin and Gartz as listed by Paul.
