introduce myself, I mean

uhhh. obviously have done a drug or two in my life, hence how I stumbled upon this place. mostly pot, us mountain people don't see a lot of good 'cid or shrooms around these parts, and if they do, they're hiding them from me

the best(?) summary of my interests: psychedelia, horticulture, The Great Unknown, death, fine arts, even finer culinary arts, animals (especially of the exotic variety; namely- ball pythons, chameleons, cockatoos, macaws, + etc.), and cramming as much knowledge into that thing between my ears before sweet, timely death leads me to the next life

what finally got me to hit that 'New Account' button was the undeniable fact that for the last week-ish I've been reading many, many Chinacat stories (how cliché; note the signature) and it's probably high time I actually come out of the shadows.. literally. I doubt know I'm not going to make any kind of impression around here, but hey, maybe you'll remember next time you read your horoscope :wink:

I’m not that deep in the mountains, but, unfortunately, it’s still not unheard of... I have more personal stories about not-distant-enough family members being involved with one another that I’d like to admit as it is, but.. thankfully?¿ that’s limited to cousins loll. Personally I like to choose mine with the least similar DNA as possible to mine

I have love for decent bluegrass, couldn’t name a single specific artist or group but I guess it’s just in my roots :heart:
And hell no lol, those roots don’t really connect with the ‘outdoorsy’ aspect of my rural brothers & sisters; honestly, I really despise sunny days and flourish on those crisp, overcast days that bring the best in me

Which part do you reside on if you don't mind me asking? I'm in the Western MD part myself. Finally got away from city life to mountains. Yay!

A big part of my family is from VA near Roanoke and visiting was always really amazing seeing the land and swimming in the creeks.

Ah, somewhat I’d say, in terms of my journey with psychedelics.. I feel a little out of place here as I’ve only eaten shrooms twice in my life though, years ago, and both were very interesting experiences, lol. I lean more towards LSD for sure, which I only have 3 good trips under my belt and 2 other, unsuccessful, but ‘bad’ trips by any means, due to trying to dose too close together :frown:
and I would love to learn about anything I’m interested in, which shroomies definitely fall under that category! It’d have to be under the right conditions though, maybe not anytime soon but a skill I would like to pick up at some point in this life :heart:
