New PC
    #25508899 -

So I just got a new 23 qt pressure cooker. I'm new to them and had a couple questions. If all 24 jars I have (half pint) fit in there can I pc them all at once or do two batches of 12? Also how much water should I put in there so it doesn't dry up? And should I do 90 min or 45 min? They are brf cakes.

if they all fit then put them all in.

How much water depends on your pc, follow the directions.

BRF cakes take 1hr at 15psi.

If it's a 23 quart I'm guessing it's a Presto?  If so, you can use the bottom line on the inside as a gauge and you won't run out of water through a 90 minute cycle.  Be sure to read this - Bod put together a nice primer that should help answer any questions.  Good luck!

The manual says how much water to use.
And yes you can put as many jars as fits.

On my presto 23 quart I go between the bottom and the second line. Once it gets to 15 psi take note how the weight is moving and the sound if this changes by much it is running out of water.
