PC question

i was just wondering how soon the jars can be taken out of a PC after sterilization. I've heard that overnight does it, but that just seems like a really long time... especially if someone wants to do a few rounds of sterilizing diff. jars. any help is great... thanks.

as soon as the pressure drops but be sure to use oven gloves for handling them. leaving them overnite could actually be a risk...

Yes, as soon as the pressure drops the pc can be opened, and the sterile jars can be transfered to a clean container to wait to be innoculated.
