My brothers addicted to NOS energy drinks, he's not embarrassed but he should be. I judge the shit out of him every time I see him there's multiple empty nos cans around.. I talk shit about it and he looks at the NOS cans and sorta mumbles  in agreeance

I have lots of actual shit to feel guilty about. Food is fun and having fun is a part of a good life.

Not to say I don't have regrets. Anything heavy in tomato sauce and/or grease tends to make my stomach want to kill me. But the biggest thing I tend to feel remorseful for eating is cake. Doesn't often hurt my stomach but I can't think of any other food with more useless empty calories. I usually don't even like the taste. It just tastes like manipulated sugar over airy Styrofoam with chemicals. MOST times. Honestly the only reason I ever eat it is because we are culturally obsessed with cake and I don't want to look like an asshole.


I feel exactly the same. If I was embarrassed to eat something I wouldn't eat it. I just hate processed food but sometimes it's the only thing to eat.

Fast food burgers. Mc Donald's Bic Mac and Jr Chickens off the value picks menu. I also like A&W. I recently tried a Whopper from Burger King which I haven't had in years. It was fucking bomb. I have a friend who will always tell me about how bad these things are.

Oddly enough when I make burgers at home they are always hand made from ground beef, oatmeal and spices. Grilled on a charcoal BBQ. Never out of a box from the grocery store.
