Tips for getting over withdrawal symptoms.
    #23674987 -

Spice.

Been familiar with it for years, I've quit on occasions and started up again a few times. Been through this nightmare before by puking for days and no sleep.

I'm day 2 off it and I want to sleep tonight dammit. It's said the efcts are worse then heron.

Any tips will be throughly looked at.

Do you know what chemical exactly you are withdrawing from? Spice is more or less an umbrella name for synthetic cannabinoids but can also be other RC's as well.

Idk

I can confirm that every withdrawal symptom has been consistent. Its us ally 2 days of vomit, cool sweet shakes misery, and 3 or 4 nightso of little to no rest.

I wish they could design it to not have withdrawal.

I personally use trazodone for major drug withdrawal when it's time for a break. I also use kratom, weed, pharmaceutical opiates, alcohol and if necessary, benzos... although I save those as a last resort.

Makes withdrawal easier than cake, as long as you don't overdo it or get addicted to other drugs in the process.

DISCLAIMER: this is in no way a drug recommendation.

See if you can get some immodium.

Regular weed gives me something to do but dont do if it makes you paranoid.

For sleeping, try for an hour or two If no luck get up for at least an hour then try again. Not much you can do for sleep. Find some like garbage TV that you can just binge on that super easy to watch and get lost in.

Try not to smoke spice though... its not to good.

You know, just sometimes in between the first cigarette with coffee in the morning to that 400th glass of cornershop piss at 3am--you do sometimes look at yourself and think--this is fantastic. I'm in heaven.

spice is a bitch to get off of. i was addicted to it for years. fortunately i had a bad trip with 25i in 2012 that gave me an aversion to all cannabinoids and i could never smoke it and enjoy it again. really man it just takes time for your dopamine and cannabinoid receptors to get back in balance. for the former you could supplement uridine and choline and low dose dxm but for the latter i really dont know what to supplement. definitely dont smoke weed though.

cannabinoids regulate physical processes. THC and CBD are only partial agonists so weed WD isn't that bad but many synthetic cannabinoids are full agonists with causes CBD1 and CBD2 receptors to severely downregulate which can severely fuck up your appetite, sleep, mood, etc. when you quit.

Yup. Anyone who's smoked a significant amount of dank for long periods would know there are physical withdrawal symptoms.

Personally I'd suggest some benzos to ease the withdrawal and at least break your habit of smoking (~2 weeks). Alcohol would help too but can disrupt your sleep. Melatonin or diphenhydramine (powerful stuff) will help you sleep. Nothing but time will help with your appetite.

This is advice for weed, mind you, so this spice you're used to smoking may be quite different. I've never puked during withdrawals except from OCs.

For some reason in rehab they gave the spice kid buprenorphine and it worked for him. Idk if it has something to do with the receptors spice hits.

On that note I've gotten in trouble for recommending this before but immodium has worked for me for heroin addiction

Never knew the synthetic weed stuff was even physically addictive!  Glad I never tried it, never heard anything good about it.

My sentiments precisely

Yet it did cease the vomiting and other withdrawal symptoms he was experiencing

I forget what exactly it was he was using, jw7 or a or...something? Idk the whole situation confused me to begin with and I never probed for further information
