What gets peoples killed in the illegal drug trade?

It's usually between people that know each other. Is it because someone has more drugs than the other? Why would someone kill another for being in a free trade? Is it the competition? So one wants to out the other for stealing his customers? That only makes the one that outed the opposition more vulnerable for a retaliation and will out himself. Why are people stupid? Is there more to this? Lots of crimes I read about are rather petty. Like one owed another $10. Another is one stole just a bit of the product and they all over react like it's the end of the world. Is it the little things? Is it the lack of knowledge and experience that make people in the illegal drug trade end up getting killed?

It could happen because they think you fucked them over. But it could easily happen because you let it be known that you have something valuable they want. If you happen to be home when they break in, they might kill you.
    It's a tough business unless you're the toughest guy in town. You can't do the job unless you let people know but once you let people know you are the target. The ideal situation is to be real good at what you do and have one super trusted friend who can get rid of everything, and you don't let anybody else know anything, especially where you live, unless it's a girl or another trusted friend who knows nothing about this.

I heard about a person who got robbed at gunpoint in his house. If someone knows you have a lot of money or hard drugs, they might want it.

Swim who is a dealer no one knows where he lives. He drives to drop off what the trusted customers asked for. The transaction takes less than 20 seconds then off he goes. Usually once trust gets broken the addict ends up losing a good source. Vice versa if dealer sold a no good product the addict stops messing with the dealer or the dealer makes it up with a free good batch to keep them coming back.

people go bat shit crazy for these drugs no wonder some customers are avoidable. read a news about a step brother shooting his step brother dead who was a successful dealer due to jealousy and wanting to take over the biz. how can he do so when he is locked up. crazy world.

People kill each other for the same reasons regardless of whether or not they are in the drug trade.

If people know your a bitch especially when dealing with g black and yay you'll end up with 20 ppl that owe you 10$. That little bit of product turns in to you getting beat for all your shit if your lucky. People do this shit BECAUSE of experience and knowledge.

Yeah if dealing with a drunk is bad enough I could only imagine it's much worse dealing with a crack or dope fiend. SWIM had said the county crack house he gets his fix from there was altercation there involving a shooting.
