I was 16 when I joined :laugh:

then I admitted my age in a post a while later and got banned for about a year or so :smile:

I don't understand this. No one can prove anything either way. If merely admitting that you're underage can cause a ban, why does it not work the other way around, and have "admitting" that you're not underage unban you?

No one can prove anything.

Oh I do understand there's a legal risk for the site if underage people were provably on it. But jesting, admitting, claiming, whatever, none of those prove anything, do they?

Help me out please, I'm looking for a serious answer.

ps: what if, hypothetically speaking, someone (perhaps like me) was to "admit" that he's 6 years old. Then what?

i was just past my 16th birthday when i finally registered.  things were a lot different back then. *sigh*

When I first joined I was in my mid 20s on pressure from a former lover.because we were broke and living in Chicago sooooo yeahhhhh.

She still wanted me to deal. Even when I said I was done. She would manipulate me to come to her side for her own gain.  I couldn't trust her anymore and ended the relationship.

My first account Seriously_Spaced I had from 15-18 :lol: This account was after I was 19(I'm 22 now) . When I was 16 or 17 I helped an effort to give a anon sample of 25inbome to a hospital with people ODing from it.  Also I saw tons of mushrooms on my walk home one day as a 15 y/o and I picked several pounds of it. I thought all mushrooms with golden caps were psychedelic. I picked like 2lbs of wet mushrooms. Put an ID on here and was immediately told that those were extremely posionous. So this site sort of saved my life as a teen.
