I have 2 main events that I will tell you about that have led me to beleive I have occasional ESP.

I am sitting in a friends car on a track in the middle of no-where, talking.  I get a sudden wave of euphoria over my body and a 'memory' of the future was placed in my head.  This is hard to explain and was very different from deja vu.  I simply remembered what my friend was about to say and that a 4x4 would drive by.  I then watched the exact words come out of his mouth (he explained that he had been sick over his dashboard) then a few seconds later their was the 4x4 i knew was coming!

The second event.  I dream that I am walking home from a friends when I realise that a killer is on the loose with a knife and he has already killed more than 1 person.  This dream faded out and I have a short dream of a hand showing me a VW badge.  These two strange dreams were remebered in the morning.  Not long after getting up I checked yahoo news as I usually do and it said 'Christmas murders'.  Strangely enough the story read that 3 women had been knifed to death and a man has been arrested after crashing his VW golf getting away.

All my life I have had strange experiences which I have written of as coincidence but I feel that I can no longer deny that it is something more.

I remember at the age of about 6-8 I had these occasional instantanious vibes that someone was coming to our house.  I always knew who was coming a few hours before even though their visits were unannounced and spontanious.

Has anyone else had this?  Has anyone learnt any ways to train or trigger it even? :sun:

Not to dicount your experience, but have u considered that
perhaps your mind makes up the memories after the event ?
By that I mean that perhaps after u see an event u "think"
that u had seen it in the past but u hadn't really ?
this of course would be quite simple to prove by
telling someone what u felt was about to happen well
before the event actually occurs.
A double blind experiment would settle it.
if u really sincerely feel u have such abilities I would
suggest that u test them out first to confirm...

I know exactly what you are saying. I will watch something on television, or something new will happen, and I will try to remember if I have seen it or experienced it before, and the memory is just not there.

Afterwards, I think back and it seems like I have always known it. Memories tend to not associate dates on them, unless you have photographic memory (like those pictures that print dates on them). :wink:

I have dreams that come true. But just fragments. It's gotten easier to tell when a dream feels like it's "real life", but it's still hard to tell sometimes, especially when I am lucid dreaming.

I have things like this happen. A lot of the time on a daily basis I finish peoples conversations or say things that they were going to say, inadvertantly. They always go "Oh what a coincedence" when it's usually something I shouldn't have known at all. What I believe is everyone is born with ESP capabilities and they just wear off after not utilizing them enough. Some people get the right ineraction when they're young to preserve the skill and can use it to it's potential. Others don't, and that's that. When I was little my sister used to do the card psychic test, forgot the exact name, but where someone picks up a card and you try to figure out if it's a star, a wave, a circle, a triangle or whatever. She has a boyfriend who's very ESP inclined. But I don't know, that's my two cents.

It won't be mere coincidences for long. Soon we shall be fully immersed in 4th density and ESP will become an everyday thing. It will get clearer with time and practice.

sounds like natural precog. you can train to do it at will or about certain things if you like. psipog.net not too much info there though i think on learning to precog.

psychic abilities will only get more and more pronounced as we experiment with them and get the feel of them. It has already been awakened and is almost in full conscious control.

Of course ESP is getting better ~ think ~ we have only been on the planet a few thousand years... We have made so much progress with our minds and our technologies. It?s obvious! People say they believe or don't believe in psychic abilities... I say its part of getting to know each other where we can read friends, and family's feelings. I say good luck to people's efforts in expanding the ways we think. Some are weird, some scary, some beneficial. I like the lucrative expansions myself. Like the mind control (influence rhetoric)

There is nothing logical about your statement and if it were indeed "obvious", you would not have had to make the statement at all.

I live in a world of technology and witness many human progressions. We all have our weird focuses I guess. Mine is progress of everyday happenings and lifespan strides.

XFaith: if you DID have esp powers, and they were genuine and proved by a scientific test, you would make millions and im sure swami would get more than his share back from being the first person in the world to prove esp powers really exist.

well, i know ive experienced some pretty crazy esp type shit. Itd be nice to cultivate them and be able to use them on command, but i know that i am nowhere near being mature and wise enough to handle that type of skill.

Anything worth doing takes alittle practice. Don't let your fears hold you back. Start small by just making note of all your 'crazy esp type shit'. Ask yourself questions about the moment, ya know.

practice is definitely what i need. practice will make me wiser and more mature, and most likely lead to me being able to do whatever id like to do. practice, being meditation(not just sitting).

For me it doesnt work like that, I guess not for you either. I usually have uhh the possibility of seeing any dream I know of by thinking about it, and I just try to keep them all in mind throughout my day and then all of a sudden I'll remember more of a dream I already remembered, or I'll remember a new(old) dream completely but in pieces.

My great grandma was said to be a psychic. I sometimes have dreams about shit that happens. Like the nite before 9/11 i dreamt of plains flying across the sky dropping nukes, and the night before my first mushroom pins i dreampt that too.

It is a random event...

That says it all. If it were any type of "power" then one would be able to control it. As there are millions of things happening around you everyday, it would be strange if something didn't occasionally coincide.

if anyone would like to do this, i do telepathy practice about once a week on mirc. anyhow, i'm moving today and i'm not sure what sort of computer access i'll have for the next while, but lets set a shroomery telepathy practice for like 3 from now?

maybe someone should make a new post for this?
