By rule of law standards she's fucked, but as lawless as they are there's no telling how they will spin things to keep her clean. Everyone and their mother has a copy of that entire server, but the only use it serves at this point is for blackmail purposes. It's being used right now against Hillary by the state department since she knows they have it, but she doesn't know how much or what parts of the emails they're going to release.

The server probably had data from their foundation on it which could be used by another party to blackmail her IF she ever gets into office. Governments have the data for sure but who knows how many fringe hackers got their hands on it. That hacker named Guccifer hacked Sidney Blumenthal's email and read all sorts of Benghazi emails from Hillary.

Don't go thinking obumble is so rich now that he is immune to bribery. He has picked up a lot of loot, and more to come once he is out of office and can make speeches for a few hundred k each. But being a mere millionaire is like being a bum in the circles he wants to travel. We shall see how it plays out. This has become an interesting election cycle.
