Well Swamster i think the article was meant to adress the question of race on the genetic level, as in how simillar/disimillar people are from one another. I read the article by the way :wink: i have a subscribtion... Anyway, i think it basically says that due to the mixing of different "races" that the genetic difference once more geared to certain races have diffused as a result of ethnic mixing. The color of skin is only a small issue concerning the construc of the human in this sense. Hence i think why they named the article "Does Race Exist?"... There just trying to be clever :wink:

Yes the title is an exaggeration. The point is that the genetic difference between races is insignificant.

Genes, alleles, etc. is natures way of best fiting the planet, at the time, with organisms that can best survive. Natural Selection. Alteration of this would be illogical and immoral. The difference between race and genetics is only the words. Genetics is the cause. Race is only the human mind making an observation. That can be explained by Chaos. The fact is we all came from the same stuff, at the same time and from the same point in the brane of reality. So we are the same. No one is inferior. Inferiority is only based upon physical observations. The way to overcoming this "facist" ideology is through the expansion of the mind by understanding origin and the mechanics of what is.

Other than maybe Randolph Carter....one thing that hasn't been mentioned is environment. Environment + Genotype = Phenotype. Most genes predispose people to certain conditions or actions but they do not fate a person.
