Shroom's=Root Chakra Acid=3rd Eye

Mushroom's grow out of the ground from decaying matter at night.. They absorb their energy through their root systems from the under world much like the root chakra recieve's energy from the under world.
Lsd has a strong connection to light by it's connection to our mind through the synthessis that was calculated in our heads.. That makes it a product of our thought which can also be viewed as being similar to light in many aspect's in the way it shines through the darkness of the unknown..
3rd eye is the gate way within ourselves that connect's us with the cosmic energy's from the higher world's beyond us and turns that energy into knoweledge much like the leave's of a plant and the suns ray's..

Strong light easily breaks the chemical bonds in LSD; not what I would call an affinity.

Yes but in other level's of light which are invisible to us it survives.. Light still has alot of impact on lsd no matter how you look at it.. It's part of it's evolution when it degrades so the light in a sense catilyze's it's evolution from one state to another..

I've put some thought into this as well, but I think you are off. Me and a friend shared some acid once and both got a tense second chakra, but that doesnt mean lsd=second chakra. And you say mushrooms=ground chakra, well if psilocin is only an oxygen away from dmt, and dmt is made in the third eye this would mean dmt=third eye, where does that leave psilocin? The problem here is you're comparing kilograms to millograms, it doesnt work the way you explain it, but there are different ways of explaining things.
