Just to clarify, as my reply quoted above was from the thread in regards to giving shroomism banning power, that I was referring to a selective process by which only specific moderators could be given the power to ban.  I agree with you in that I don't think it is a good idea to give an additional forty-two people banning privilages - that could get messy real quick.  Hell, the're only five admins with banning priv's and that even gets messy
