Here is an image made for a friend of a grow chamber with a cool mist humidifier setup. I showed him this image and he raised a good question that may have been covered but I haven't been able to find it in the FAQ or on the board.
Will there be a constant air exchange or will you still have to fan?

The cool mist should also circulate some air. Make sure you have a good place for Co2 to escape.

The cakes were just there for illustrative purposes. He plans on making the whole bottom of the 31 gallon tub a giant cake and fruiting it that way. Doing it this way would make it impossible to use perlite. He may not even need the humidifier but he said he wanted to use one. There is no way for the CO2 to escape. How would one go about creating a safe way for the C02 to escape?

Before I came up with the Poorman?s Pod I came up with this thing.
Cool mist is on all the time. Ultrasonic comes on every few hours to boost the humidity. That took the place of misting.
The humidity set up.
Modern version of the exact same thing.

make sure your cool mist displaces enough humidity to fill the lower Rubbermaid and is force into the top one. If it doesn't use a smaller lower chamber. That maybe the only problem.

P.S. you might wanna put those intake/outtake PVC pipes, or whatever you choose to use and putting the outtake at the bottom or something, it could take out the co2 and take care of water building up in the bottom and sitting from condensation.

I know that you are trying to help and maybe you are confused but the bottom rubbermaid tub is to conseal the humidifier, and is not a part of the fruiting chamber. Its gotta be done secretly. Also, does anyone know if cutting a good size square near the bottom of the top rubbermaid and throwing some tyvek over it would help to release the CO2? Or would it be possible to just have a small hose that is directed towards the ground so that CO2 can get out but nothing can get in? I dont even know if thats possible. Any info would be very helpful.

Naw, I bought it alone. It?s only 26 bucks at k-mart. Martha Stewart Closet.

I think the racks are really cheap. I once got one for like $5 and it was made of metal, I think I got it from Wal-Mart, it wasn't a full size one that'd fill that whole tent, maybe just half the tent. But it was cool.

Hey flesh of gods what species are you planing to grow? If your growing P.cubensis, you don't need to get all fancy like that. This is how my terrarium is set up it cost me under 50 dollars canadian and it works like a charm
Okay standard size rubbermaid tote about 3.4 feet high or so
5L of perlite on the bottem
Plastic tote used for casing that fits just inside the rubbermaid, comming about half way up
a bottle of h202 10% in one corner
a bottle of water in the other corner
2000ml of water in the perlite rocks
A hose goes from air compresser, into chamber, into h202 bottle. Air is forced through the h202, out the bottle and positive pressure lifts the lid of the rubbermaid slightley allowing the exahust.
On the outside is a 2L bottle of water with 2 hoses. One going from the air compresser to a space of air at the top of the bottle, while the other hose goes from the 2l bottle of water, into the chamber and just above the perlite, when the air compresser is turned on, water is forced into the chamber. Make shift humidifier if you will that is NOT nessecary for growing P.cubensis, not even if your casing. I've grown cakes sucessfully with nothing but a chamber and perlite, fanning it every damn day with a mouse pad
And for a different type of exhaust why don't you go find a bottle of gateraid, wash out the cap, cut a small hole in the side of your chamber, tape or glew the cap in place. Air will be allowed to go out from its intricitly designed cap, and nothing will go in, all though you could put a filter over it if your that worried
You should try the air filter idea that I used
all it is is a bottle of H202 with an air hose going into it. It works so perfectly!

I think I have a solution. If any of you here are into wine making then you know what this little device in the top of the white bucket: 
:it't called an airlock. You can order it in singles if you order their catalog. I think I could find it useful. They use it to release the C02 from the bucket as the wine ferments. It may require too much pressure to open though.
Can anyone else think of any other solutions? He may end up just fanning the damn thing alot. lol.
