Well today I decided to check a few of my usual spots and found prolific Stuntzii fruiting, and sufficient (for me :wink:) Baeocystis fruiting.

Those baeos seem a little strange to me...the color pallete suggests ps cyanofribrollsa of course the cap shape at that age is way off. What do those caps do when they mature?? Do they flatten out? I have never seen a baeocystis with such a conical cap they are generally more rounded. Anyhow nice pictures all the same i am very curious about those suspected baeocystis. Oh and MJ perhaps he didnt return your call because he doesnt want to give up such a nice spot...how many people would you take to your private baeocystis spot?? Not that you have one......hehe

Cardboard, they do flatten out, I have some pictures of an older specimen, but wouldn't you know it I cannot upload it until tomorrow :frown:.  I did not pick any of these, so if you want I could take pictures as those same specimens as they mature as well.  As I have four baeocystis spots now, I would have no problem showin Mj a couple of em :-P...  I harvested the clump of 40 two weekends ago (which would have made beautiful pictures, but my camera was charging), as soon as they grow back, were in business.
What's truly depressing to me is that this is my first season and I was hoping to find P. Cyanescens this fall, but so far have not been so fortunate :frown:.  Lawn shrooms love me, woodlovers despise me.
Is it possible that there are no Cyanescens 20 miles east of Seattle???  Whole9 found some within 10 miles of me, but they looked pretty weird...

yo trust me keith I know what I found, I found baeo's and I DID find cyans in a little clump by the baeos. I am 100000% positive they were cyans. Anywayz.. Nice finds :laugh: we should go hit up the jack pot for halloween and make some wicked tea like we were planning on doing. FREAL DAWG! and start posting here more so you can get addicted like me :laugh: peace-
