Spore print -> liquid culture?

How would I go about transferring spores from a print into a karo jar? My jar has a lid with a single hole on top of it... I can't figure how how to get them in there in a sterile manner.

go to ANY drug store and spend then 80 cents to buy some. hmm, other than perhaps wiping the blade of an exacto knife or razor blade, why else would you use ISoH for in making a spore syringe? and you can always just use a good lighter (butuane) or a gas oven to flame the needle/razor.-ar393
